UP.AIACT.IN Report 2026 was presented to Principal Secretary, I.T. and Electronics Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh

Abhivardhan, our Founder and President, Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence and Law presented the UP.AIACT.IN Report 2026 to Shri Alok Kumar III (IAS), Principal Secretary, I.T. and Electronics Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.

The UP.AIACT.IN Report 2026 is India's first AI Diffusion Report on Central India by Indic Pacific, an AI Governance Lab, which provides 77 policy recommendations across 10 sectors on different AI industry layers - compute, talent, AI research, data procurement and standards around AI & government procurement.

This report was edited by our Founder, Aditya Jakki, Ayushi Agarwal and Adv. Nisha Singh, and could not have been possible without the contributions of 28 stakeholders across India.
