Creative economy events are frequently reduced to generic, one-off promotional campaigns that lack sustained political capital, failing to construct a permanent global distribution network for regional creators.

Issue a standing UP Creative Economy Digital Agency empanelment open exclusively to UP-domiciled, youth-led, and women-led creative enterprises.

Possible Mandate Recommended for the Uttar Pradesh State Government

The state must establish an annual UP Creative Economy Summit as its flagship Orange Economy event, modeled structurally on Karnataka's GAFX, with a non-negotiable requirement for attendance by the Chief Minister and relevant cabinet ministers to serve as active ecosystem builders.
