    Establish a State AI Empowered Committee to act as a decentralized vetting node to perform rigorous audits of institutional legitimacy and technical compute-worthiness. Pre-purchase IndiaAI compute credits to be held as a sovereign state inventory.

Possible Mandate Recommended for the Uttar Pradesh State Government

    All state institutions and agencies requiring AI compute must be directed to the IndiaAI Mission national compute facility as the first resort to leverage subsidized rates of ₹65 per hour. Mandate the Section 8 SPV to issue a Deemed Approval certificate if provisioning is not secured within a strict 30-day window.
